SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 through USPS Ground Advantage on all orders within the United States. We reserve the right to change and upgrade the shipping option chosen to ensure a timely delivery. We will never downgrade shipping but may ship via an alternate shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL). Please note PO Box addresses will only ship via USPS - if UPS or FedEx is selected we will attempt to reach out to customer via email for a physical address but may ship USPS Priority Mail if necessary.

Please note that the delivery times are for the shipping only, and do not include production time for the item if it is being made to order. All available shipping options for your area can be viewed during the checkout process after entering your shipping information.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $50 through is offered through USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery within 7 business days (not guaranteed)
  • USPS Ground Advantage is estimated delivery within 7  business days (not guaranteed)
  • Priority Mail is offered through USPS. Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days (not guaranteed)
  • UPS Ground is estimated delivery within 3-7 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select is estimated delivery within 3 business days
  • FedEx Economy/Second Day Air/UPS 2nd Day Air  delivery on average within 2 business days of shipping. Please note that for some locations FedEx delivery days exclude weekends and holidays. FedEx/UPS delivery is NOT available to PO Box addresses.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight/UPS Next Day Air Saver delivery on average 1 business days of shipping. Please note that FedEx delivery days exclude weekends and holidays. FedEx/UPS delivery is NOT available to PO Box addresses.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

  • First Class Package International Deliveries can take 1 to 4 weeks depending on location.
  • USPS Global Express/FedEx to Canada offers delivery within 5-10 business days of shipping.
  • FedEx outside Canada & US offers delivery within 5-10 business days of shipping. Shipping costs vary with location. 
  • DHL offers delivery in 2 to 5 days of shipping. Costs will vary by location.

Shipping costs for your area will be automatically calculated and can be viewed after entering your shipping information during the checkout process. Orders shipped outside of the US will incur Customs/Duty charges. These are fees charged by the receiving country. it is not a fee we collect. We recommend you check with your local customs office to determine what the current fees are for importing jewelry items from the US.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM WILL SHIP?

IN STOCK - Items listed as IN STOCK will be shipped within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Same day shipping is offered on select orders placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

MADE TO ORDER Items listed as MADE TO ORDER are not in stock and are made to order individually. This process typically takes between 2-4 weeks depending on the style. Estimated production times are listed on the product pages.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT SHIPS?

Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order ships, which will include a tracking number to be used to track your order once it is on its way. Please note that shipping confirmation is sent when the shipping label is created, and the tracking number will not become active until the package is received by the carrier. Tracking information will become available within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event you enter an incorrect address for FedEx or UPS deliveries there will be an additional charge of $15.00 to change the address after the package has shipped. Please double check your address to ensure it is correct and avoid additional charges. This charge will be assessed if you qualify for the free shipping or pay for any FedEx or UPS service. Packages shipped via USPS with an incorrect address will be returned to sender and will need to be reshipped; extra charges may apply.
